Where can I see Disney Characters?
You can find Disney Characters in the two Disney® Parks at special Meet 'n' Greet locations and in certain restaurants. You can also arrange to enjoy a magical meal with beloved Disney Characters.
Where can I get a schedule of show and parade times?
You can find show and parade times in the Park Maps available at the ticket windows within the Disney Parks and at City Hall in Disneyland® Park.
What if it rains?
80% of attractions are covered and protected against rain. For your safety, access to some attractions may be restricted without prior warning due to adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain and high winds. However, you'll still find loads of shops, restaurants plus more to discover, so no matter what the weather, you'll always have fun at Disneyland® Paris.
Are there special services and attractions for babies and toddlers?
There's lots for families with young children to do at Disneyland® Paris: Enjoy the gentle rides and play areas designed with little ones in mind. Disneyland® Paris also offers a wide range of services for infants and children to make your visit more enjoyable and convenient. Plus, parents with babies can make the most of their visit with Rider Switch, where you and your partner take it in turn to ride without having to queue again, plus hotel Baby Sitting services.
Are pushchairs available inside the Disney Parks?
Yes. Pushchairs can be rented for a fee at the Stroller/Pushchair and Wheelchair Rental shop located at Town Square Terrace, near the Disneyland® Park entrance and at Studio Services at the Walt Disney Studios® Park entrance.
Are there any minimum sizes and ages for certain attractions? How can I be informed of restrictions?
Access depends on the safety rules for each attraction. Symbols can be found beside each attraction indicating any limitations or restrictions.
Where can I find information about attractions being renovated or currently closed?
Please refer to the list available at the entrances to the Disney® Parks for the closing dates of attractions and on our website for any details.
Can I exit a Park and return later that day?
Come and go as you please. Be sure to keep your entrance ticket.
Are there guided tours of the Disney® Parks?
Yes. You can learn all about the history and architecture of Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park on a guided visit. You can obtain tour information and reserve your spot at: City Hall in Disneyland® Park & Studio Services in the Walt Disney Studios® Park. Visiting with a group of hearing - impaired Guests? Guided tours can be provided in sign language.
Is there a dress code at Disneyland® Paris?
Proper dress is required at all times, and top and bottom garments, as well as footwear, are to be worn. For safety reasons, the only visitors authorized to wear a mask or clothing completely covering their face are those doing so for medical reasons.
If I purchase something from a Resort shop, do I have to carry it around all day?
No. As there are so many great shops full of magical gifts and souvenirs at Disneyland® Paris, a FREE hands-free shopping service is available to make things easier. Instead of carrying your purchases around with you, simply leave them in the store and shoot off for more bag-free fun around the Parks. You can then pick them up after 06:00 PM at Disney Village®, as you leave the Disney Parks, or at the boutique in your Disney Hotel after 08:00 PM.
Is there a lost and found in the Disney Parks?
Yes. If you lose something or find something along the way, please head to the lost and found location: In City Hall in Disneyland® Park
Do I need to book specific days in the Disney® Parks?
If your Park tickets were booked as part of a package, you do not need to register for the days you would like to enter the Parks. Those that have purchased their tickets separately and not as part of a package will need to register their park tickets for the day you’d like to visit.
