When we got there, a massive line of cars were at the gate. Since we already did virtual check in, we weren't sure if we could use the right lane. Security guard glanced at my id then let me through. Made no sense. Got the room, you can hear everything that goes on outside and upstairs. The thermostat was tucked away in a corner, covered by the shelf they give you for the coffee and fridge. I could not see any buttons, had an extremely had time adjusting it, and the motion sensor was blocked, so fan kept turning off. The dresser drawers kept opening up by themselves, which created a walking hazard between the bed. Water pressure in the shower was horrible. And the faucet on the shower/tub and sink were unmarked. So we had no idea what was hot and what was cold. The shower was always hot, no cold setting. You got either hot or burn your skin off. Not great for when you want to cool off in the summer. Several beverage machines did not work at the intermission cafe. We would try to place the cup, but it would not detect. Oh and some how the drip coffee was broken too. Watched the cafe person put bacon on my plate, then proceed to take bacon off my plate and put it back. Burnt bacon. At the register, apparently a new employee was making mistakes and another told us she had been on the register untrained for the past 2 days. Arcade had nearly half of the games not working. Wanna sanitize your hands? Too bad. All the stations failed to dispense any sanitizer. Hotel bed was not very comfortable and the sheets weren't even on the bed right. I had to fix them when I got there. Mildew on the shower by the soaps they provided. I guess this is magical now.

Great food options. Comfortable bedding. Love how my wristband connects to the rooms as well as the parks. Personalized message on the tv for my daughter's birthday without us asking made her feel very special. It was a nice gesture. The employees were all friendly, funny and engaging.

If you are looking for a budget or value hotel at Disney, then you have found the right place! You won't find a better deal.
There were 4 of us adults, all women, and we were able to make it work successfully for 5 nights in one room with 2 queen beds and one bathroom. You just need to be organized. The room has been updated but it could use a little more updating in the future. The beds are comfortable, the shower worked fine, and the room was clean. Disney has done a great job of providing affordable lodging for families on a budget. For example, our room had a Murphy bed also, which was a pull-out bed in the wall for an extra person or for storing luggage. We also enjoyed all of the musical characters decorating the Resort plus you could listen to all types of music every where you went.
It's really a happy place. The cast members are so friendly and helpful. They aim to please the guests and make sure you have a great time.
There are shuttles available to get you to the parks. Free parking for guests. Wheelchair accessability is observed. The Resort has restaurants, pools, and gift shops close by for your convenience.

All Star Music is the perfect spot if you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel that still provides the magic of Disney Resorts. I was highly impressed with the quick service food options and that they were open until 11pm. The pools were clean and had unique details that bring that "magical" feel. There were lots of fun activities for kids including crafts and outdoor movies. The rooms are a bit tight for 3-4 adults but would be absolutely perfect for 1-2 adults with children. I highly recommend staying on this property and can't wait to come back!

We recently made a last-minute reservation for a trip to Disneyworld with our toddler and are seeking a hotel conveniently located near the parks. We were hoping for amenities that would enhance our son's Disney experience. Transportation to the parks was also a priority. Our son was particularly fond of the themed decor and the guitar-shaped pool. I appreciated the lifeguards' attentiveness. Our room was cleaned every other day and provided all the necessary features. They also offer connecting rooms for larger families. Fortunately, our family experienced no significant wait times for the buses, despite it being summertime. We really enjoyed our visit!
