This was our first time staying here, and it was worth it! The rooms were very clean, lots of drawers and hangers, comfy bed, and exactly what we needed. The main pool with the slide was a favorite with our kids. Just wish they had more chairs to sit. I have a good allergy and they accommodated me very well. They brought out the chef to make sure my food was gluten free. Love how easy it was to get on the bus or skyline to get to the parks.

The rooms are super duper clean the Service is amazing all the staff will help you anytime and wherever I walk I always see smiling faces. The food is delicious you will look and think I’m not sure but when you try it tastes like magic. The view is spectacular I wake up every morning and I wake to a beautiful pond happy faces and lovely tall palm trees. The pool is great perfect for kids, teens and adults there is even a bar next to the pool perfect for enjoying drink And for watching you kids swim. The location is beautiful all different and amazing Trees And a bunch of different Resorts. Over all the place is just so kind, sweet and special to anyone!

We had an amazing time. Beds are so comfy, rooms were clean, staff was great (we didn't have to interact too much, but when we did, they were great). The ease of the skyliners was A plus. The Trinidad building was fantastic. A short walk to literally everything, with one of the grills being directly across. Food at each location was great as well. Views were beautiful. The pools looked nice although we never used them.

We've stayed here 3 times and will be back this coming summer. You really can't beat the skyliner, access to the Riviera, and the general atmosphere of this resort. We like to build in rest days, and we don't have to leave if we don't want to. There are plenty of activities, several pools, a great playground, a large pool bar, Sebastian's restaurant, and a gift shop. Even the quick service items are good and very reasonably priced. The front desk, bell services, and Mousekeeping staff are wonderful. All the bartenders and the quick service cast members are friendly. The layout of the rooms is great, and you can store your luggage under the beds once you unpack. The fifth sleeper is great if you're a family of 5, or just need an extra bed. There is plenty of dresser space and a place to hang your dresses, shirts, and jackets. There are 2 sinks and a decent sized area for toiletries. (That said, I bring my own because I'm not too fond of the green H2O products.) I often hear complaints about the size of this resort, but I think everything is within reasonable walking distance. We are from Florida, so maybe it's because we're used to the heat. If walking is an issue for you, you can pay a little extra for a preferred room. The rooms have been refreshed and feel lighter and cleaner without the carpeting. However, the buildings show their age. There are no guest elevators, which can make things difficult for anyone with minor injuries, the elderly, or parents with small kids and strollers. (Accessible rooms are available on the first floor for those that need them.) My one complaint is the useless "beverage coolers" that replaced refrigerators in most of the resorts. You can't keep milk, yogurt, or lunch meat in them because they will spoil at those temperatures. Disney really cheaped out here and it's actually a bit infuriating. Keeping items for breakfast in the room is a must if you rope drop, and this really limits your options. The food court doesn't open until 7, but you need to be on your way by then to take advantage of early entry. All in all, this is one of our favorite Disney resorts and we keep coming back.

At first we thought our room was out of the way ( Trinidad) but as we come to realise the further from main reception the nearer to the Skyliner also the Spygrill was only a minute away. The refill mugs are great investment BTW,, great scenery as you are walking along!! Only been he one full day, room was very clean with room service welcoming you with a card and also days when you're room will be attended too! 😊
