A wonderful and homely feeling of being in Paris! As a DVC member, this is my home resort. I love the feeling of being a rich tourist in the Paris springtime. This resort ensures that all arrivals are checked and accounted for (safety), has plenty of parking for those who drive here, attentive staff that are willing to help you with whatever you need, clean and well cared for hallways and rooms, and the resort rooms are large and have plenty of amenities. If I have only one suggestion, it is to improve the food options on the first floor and pool area. They are fine for children, but offer fewer options that cater to adults. Yes there is the top floor Topolino's restaurant which serves delicious upscale French cuisine, but if you're looking for something a little less expensive that doesn't require reservations, the food options are limited and fairly mediocre. Hopefully this will change over time.

Riviera Resort was absolutely charming and a delight to stay at. Prior to our trip we researched as much as we could and looked forward to our stay, but once we got there we were completely enchanted by the place and fell in love with it. It's elegant and classy without making you feel outclassed. The cast Members are phenomenal, especially Sam: Orange Park, FL, and Stephen: FT Walton Beach, FL from the front desk and Megan: Brick, NJ, Emmanuel: Orlando, FL, and Destiny: Baltimore, MD from the gift shop. I love our home resort, but this place now holds a special spot in our hearts.

This hotel was super disappointing. Our room (a two bedroom suite) was in the basement. You literally had to go downstairs from the main level. There were floor to ceiling windows and doors to a patio overlooking a huge parking lot. Not a hedge or tree in sight. So weird for Disney to not have proper landscaping to block off the mass of cars. The positive was that it was on the skyline. I would never stay here again.

We simply cannot wait to go here again. It’s the best resort you could go to for a honeymoon and everything from the views of Epcot (select rooms) to the showers to the staff to the linens and the park transportation was just phenomenal. We were speechless. Needless to say, Disney’s most recent attempt at a resort (built in 2019) was a total home run. Expect rooms to be more expensive than Moderate reports like Port Orleans and Coronado Springs but less than more extravagant Luxury resorts such as Grand Floridian and Yacht Club. Nonetheless, it does include transportation via buses and the skyliner to a variety of Disney’s parks.

Came here with my parents for a weekend and had an exquisite experience. The resort is expansive and beautiful and you can walk to the skyline that goes directly to the parks. The experience from start to finish is just wonderful from the staff to the food to the amenities of the resort. We’ve been coming to Disney for 20 years years and I’d say this is one of the nicest resorts I’ve stayed at on property.
