Disneyland Paris Terms & Conditions

Temporary adjustments to booking and cancellation policies

 

We will be servicing customers who are due to travel between now and 31st January 2022.

For stays at Disneyland Hotel: an alternative package will be offered at Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel. We will provide appropriate price reduction to compensate for the difference in hotel category.

 

For stays at Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch:  

For arrivals from 1 December 2021 to 31 March 2022, guests will be offered an alternative package at Disney’s Sequoia Lodge.

 

Important: Following the latest announcements from the French government, beginning Saturday 18 December 2021, regardless of vaccination status, those wishing to travel to France from the UK, will need to meet criteria outlined by the French authorities that the travel is essential. Currently leisure travel does not meet such criteria.

 

Disneyland® Paris have released adjustments to their booking and cancellation policies, if you are due to travel to Disneyland Paris they offer the following options.

 

Hotel Only Bookings 

• Guests who are unable to maintain their booking due to reasons beyond their control (such as travel restrictions or quarantine measures required by authorities) can either:
- Cancel their stay and postpone their date of arrival with the same Hotel + Ticket package, at the same price, and with the same components (excluding transport arrangements which they will be able to rebook at the prevailing conditions and price with a possible return date up to 30 March 2022) for selected arrivals until 30 March 2022, (excluding the period from 16 December 2021 to 8 January 2022), subject to hotel availability on the selected dates, or
- Cancel their stay and they will receive a full refund.
•  If guests wish to rebook their Hotel + Tickets package or a Hotel room only (without Park Tickets) for an arrival date from 31 March 2022 onwards, they will be able to do so at the prevailing price and conditions.

 

*Either "zen attitude" allowing for cancellation without fees, except insurance and transport fees if applicable up to 7 days before the start of the holiday or standard terms as per our sales terms and conditions within 7 days before the start of the holiday)

 

Tickets & Annual Passes

Non dated tickets:
All tickets remain valid for use when Disneyland Paris is open. Ticket validity is extended to 31 March 2022.
•  Individual Dated tickets:
Currently you can cancel a Dated Ticket and receive a full refund up to 3 days prior to the day of arrival. 
- If guests are unable to travel from the UK to Disneyland Paris for reasons beyond their control (such as travel restrictions or quarantine measures required by authorities) and their date of visit is within the 3 days window, they may cancel their Dated Ticket and receive a full refund.

• New Year Eve Party Ticket + Secure Your Seat Lion King Show Ticket
New Year Eve Party Ticket or Secure Your Seat Ticket for the Lion King Show purchased as a standalone ticket are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If guests are unable to travel from UK to Disneyland Paris for reasons beyond their control (such as travel restrictions or quarantine measures required by authorities), they may ask to cancel their Ticket and receive a full refund. 
Any products and services booked as part of the same booking will be automatically cancelled as part of the Ticket or Events cancellation request.

Disney Cruise Line Terms & Conditions

Temporary adjustments to booking and cancellation policies

Guests booked on affected sailings who have paid their reservation in full will be offered the choice of a cruise credit to be used for a future sailing, or a full refund. Guests who have not yet paid their reservation in full will automatically receive a refund of what they have paid so far.

 

If your circumstances have changed and you would now like to cancel your reservation, you may do so for a full refund of the original voyage fare paid.

Walt Disney World Resort in Florida Terms & Conditions

Temporary adjustments to booking and cancellation policies

Walt Disney World Resort in Florida have released the following updated policy:

As a result of physical distancing, capacity in restaurants and availability of dining experiences is very limited and certain experiences such as Character dining cannot be provided. Because of this, we have also made the difficult decision to cancel and temporarily no longer offer Disney Dining plans. We recognise the inconvenience this poses and we’re deeply sorry.
