Temporary adjustments to booking and cancellation policies


 

 Disneyland® Paris' phased re-opening schedule. We will be contacting all affected bookings by email. Please find Disneyland® Paris' updated policy below.

 

The phased re-opening of Disney® Hotels is now as follows:

• Disney's Newport Bay Club and Disney's Hotel Santa Fe remain open

• Disney's Hotel Cheyenne will close as of 30th September 2020 and will reopen on 3rd March 2021

• Disneyland® Hotel will now reopen on 8th December 2020

• Disney's Sequoia Lodge will reopen on 1st May 2021

• Disney's Davy Crockett Ranch remains closed until further notice

 

If the Hotel you booked is not open on your arrival date, we offer 2 options: 

• Maintain your arrival date and move your booking to an alternative hotel:
- We are happy to offer an equivalent or superior hotel category without paying a supplement. In the case of customers staying at the Disneyland® Hotel, as there is not another Disney® Hotel with equivalent category, we propose to rebook you at Disney’s Newport Bay Club and will refund the difference in package price between the two hotels.

• Cancel your booking without fees and receive a refund on your accommodation and park tickets

 

If your booking includes a Meal Plan, we will adjust the Meal Plan to match the Hotel of your new booking:

• If your booking includes a Meal Plan, your Meal Plan will be adjusted to match the hotel of your new booking.
- If your new booking is confirmed at a higher category hotel, your Meal Plan will be adjusted accordingly at no additional cost.
- If you move to a lower category hotel, we will refund the price difference.

• If you benefited from a Free Meal Plan offer as part of a package, we will adjust this Meal Plan to match the hotel of your new booking at no additional cost.
- If you had planned to stay at Disneyland® Hotel, and have decided to stay at Disney’s Newport Bay Club instead, we will adjust your Meal Plan from Full Board Premium, to Full Board Plus, and offer compensation.

Disney Cruise Line Terms & Conditions

Temporary adjustments to booking and cancellation policies

 

In line with direction from health experts and government officials, sailings onboard the Disney Fantasy will be cancelled up to the 6 December; the Disney Dream and Disney Wonder up to the 11 December; and the Disney Magic up to the 12 December.

 

Guests who wish to postpone their sailing date can do so by up to 15 months from their original sail date. Guests will now receive an additional future cruise credit equal to 25% of their original voyage fare to use toward the reservation modified. Once your modified reservation is paid in full, any remaining future cruise credit will be applied to your shipboard account as onboard credit. 

 

If your circumstances have changed and you would now like to cancel your reservation, you may do so for a full refund of the original voyage fare paid.

Walt Disney World Resort in Florida Terms & Conditions

Temporary adjustments to booking and cancellation policies

 

 

Walt Disney World Resort in Florida released the following updated policy:

As a result of physical distancing, capacity in restaurants and availability of dining experiences is very limited and certain experiences such as Character dining cannot be provided. Because of this, we have also made the difficult decision to cancel and temporarily no longer offer Disney Dining plans. We recognise the inconvenience this poses and we’re deeply sorry.
 
As a result of these changes we have various options available to you, we encourage you to read the below information thoroughly to make a decision based on what is best for you. 

 

1. Accept the changes to the booking and travel as planned
If you wish to accept the revised booking without the Free or upgraded Dine Plan and at the discounted price, you will receive a refund of the difference in booking price if you have already paid in full, or a reduction in the balance due if you have not yet made final payment.

2. Decline the changes and cancel the booking
If you wish to decline the changes and cancel the booking you will receive a full refund of any amount paid to date.

3. Move the booking to a date in 2021
You have the option to modify the booking to a date in 2021 at no amendment fee, subject to availability and at the prevailing 2021 rate.
