Arrival here was lovely we were greeted by Adam who checked us in quickly. In the reception area there is a little shop to start you off. There is plenty of seating to relax and a pool table. Then there's a lovely bar that serves a selection of alcoholic beverages and your favourite Starbucks coffee. Opposite here, there is a games room to help keep the children entertained. However, we didn't use this. Everywhere is clean and smells fresh. On arriving at our room, it was clean and comfortable, although the mattress is very firm. Which personally I don't like but can not mark it down for my personal preference. The kitchen area has everything you need: a fridge, cooker utensils, and a dishwasher. The coffee machine was perfect for my morning coffee. The windows open fully, so let plenty of fresh air in. The view from our window was lovely looking over a lake. The shuttle bus runs regularly to the park with the last one around 22:40 This is a place I would recommend to friends and family, and we are already looking to rebook.

Wonderful hotel and grounds ,amazing staff , Good filling breakfast , fully equipped kitchenette with microwave . Lots of beautiful birds , ducks , we even seen nutria. Glass of Chablis is 5.5 in lobby bar , so cheap and good . We can’t wait to go back.

I'm here now 29/5 and I think this hotel is lovely, we arrived around midday on Tuesday but our room wasn't ready which I expected so wasn't a problem, we had planned to go to the park anyway so suitcase was left in a secure area, we came back at 3 to go to the room and was given an upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The room has everything you need, even has a mini dishwasher. We have a 2 floor room so the bed is on like a balcony which looks over the living area, the bed is the comfiest bed I've ever slept on, my son is downstairs on the pull out bed which he says is really comfortable. Only complaint about the room is the window opens really wide and only has a few bars which is bit of a safety risk for young children if they're not being watched as the window is easily opened, so maybe a safety catch could be added, but for us my child is older so knows not to climb it, I actually like the window but for young families it's not safe if you have a child that likes to climb. The little shop is handy as its 24/7 and you basically serve yourself so if you fancy a midnight snack you can have one, the bar is nice with snacks like pastas, baguettes cakes ice creams, all sorts. Breakfast we've only eaten once in there but what we had was nice and there's plenty to choose from so you definitely won't go hungry. The shuttle bus is ok but stops between 11-4, so you have to find other ways to the parks, but again, it's not a problem for us. The room looks out onto the lake and swimming pool, and my son and I have sat watching the lake with the geese heron, and what we think was maybe an otter. The pool looks lovely. I wish we brought our swim stuff but didn't think we'd have time. As for noise, it's not really bad at all. You hear people coming back from the parks being a bit loud, but kids are probably buzzing from their exciting day. Yes, the geese are noisy, not really a big deal, though, and it's not going on all night. If I were to come back for a disney trip, I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to friends and family

Lovely hotel, clean and tidy. Rooms were great with a well equipped small kitchen with microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, pots/pans, cutlery and crockery/glasses. All staff lovely and friendly. Small 24 hour shop in reception, a little expensive but still useful to have. Brilliant location. 5 min walk to carrefour and patisserie and free shuttle bus to Disney running throughout the day. Great value for money and would definitely use again.

Absolutely perfect. From the reception to the rooms, to all basic information about the Disneyland Paris and the excellent possibility to take a shuttle bus directly to Disneyland which also departs directly from the hotel entrance. On the main road, even at short intervals, a bus goes directly there. We were really super satisfied and the breakfast was great, the staff is really great and fulfilled our every wish. Thank you for this wonderful experience, we will gladly come back! Absolutely recommended.
