Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We chose it primarily for its convenient location near Disneyland and expected comfortable accommodation and quality breakfast service. However, our experience did not meet expectations. We checked in during the day and left our luggage at the reception. Upon returning late in the evening, we were surprised to find that no one had brought our bags to the room. Even though our child was already asleep and we were clearly struggling, there was no offer of assistance—no one helped load our suitcases onto a trolley or bring them upstairs. I had to manage everything on my own. The room was also not prepared for four guests as booked. There were only two bottles of water and two pairs of slippers, despite four people being registered. The breakfast quality was extremely poor: stale pastries and cheese, and each time I requested hard-boiled eggs (four times in total), they were brought undercooked, even after waiting more than 10 minutes. The staff was generally unhelpful and unfriendly. The restroom near the reception was not cleaned for two days, with no soap or paper towels available. The hotel overall feels neglected and lacks the welcoming atmosphere one expects. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel. In my opinion, it does not meet the standards of the 4 star rating it claims to hold.

A perfect hotel for a visit to Disneyland or Central Paris. Located opposite Val d’Europe station, Paris is just an hour away, however Disneyland is a stone’s throw; either one stop on the metro or the hotel offers a convenient FREE shuttle bus that takes just ten minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and a great standard. This hotel offers free underground parking too. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

What can I say. This has to be one of the best hotel to stay at if you are going to Disney. The parking at the hotel premise is safe and gated. Tip: book through their website to get the free parking. The rooms are clean and very comfortable with A/C. Centrally located to go to Paris with the RER. Disney Shuttle that is literally infront of the hotel. A huge mall in front of the hotel to get everything you need (supermarket, pharmacy, some restaurants). All in all, highly recommended.

This is a great place to stay in the Paris area. Convenient to the train if you want to run into Paris for the day and there is a free shuttle from the hotel to get to Disneyland Paris. Very comfortable room and there are plenty of dining options in the area. A great place to stay. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with plenty of options.

Amazing stay in a beautiful hotel. The location is ideal and especially for Disneyland. The staff are wonderful and friendly. Particular one night when my son was sick at 2:30am and the very helpful man at night reception personally delivered new bed clothes and took away others. Couldn’t have been more helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel. Merci beaucoup Hotel L’Elysée.
